This Contest Got Way Too Creative And They Changed The English Alphabet For Us
The creative mind has no limits and this piece of art shows us how basic things can be transformed into art. The Paper Artist Collective (PAC) is a group of artists that tries to bring likeminded people together and increase the love for the art of paper.
They started their mission in 2015 and started with small events to bring together artistic minds and have interactive competitions. The PAC is led by Kristine Braanen & Samantha Quinn together.
Recently, the PAC had challenged 26 members to create English Alphabets with the help of paper cutting and all kinds of paper tricks like quilling, cutting, folding, whatever one knows of. They all were supposed to receive the paper for the competition via mail and the members had no idea what color they were going to deal with until they received the mail.
One could use only 3 colors to make one Letter of the Alphabet. The paper project is called PACAlphabet and is sponsored by Senses Paper who supplied the colorful paper to the artists.
The three winners were showcased on their Instagram page along with six runner ups.
